Wow, comparative to the old wet chemistry of dark room dexterity the digital photo now is oh so remarkable. printing the content of storage is nice and easy. Cropping the photo to suit your special needs would take some fiddling with Adobe and that now has been the crux of expertise in software usage. IG; storage, transfer and tweak so as to maximize the photo shop features--alias the camera is only as good as the user so learn well.

This camera and software are good for novice digital photographers. Purchased for my wife who wants point and shoot capability with little fuss. This fills the bill. Very pleased with the purchase.

It was a x-mas gift. He thought he would get a new digital camera b/c the Sony cybershot is 8 years old, and is bigger/bulkier than newer cameras. I didn't ask for a new camera. The one I have works fine, and actually works better than this smaller Kodak; it has been dropped and hasn't broken on me yet. The cybershot also takes better pictures from a distance than the Kodak (note it has more megapixels than my cybershot 2.1). I also like the sony's batteries as they are easier to replace (AA vs. the square one made for Kodak that I can't seem to charge). It's cute and easy, but the quality is less than desireable. Great for a teenager or younger person who is not serious about photography; I happen to like taking pictures that look good! For the price, not bad; but not great either.

I thought Kodak had maintained high standards, despite my mistake in vowing never to buy a Chinese mainland made camera. Keep that up Kodak, and you will be killing off the venerable Kodak name once and forever.
I bought this little camera, and when it arrived, it didn't work, or even turn on! I was told to send it, in its original box, to the contracted service center. I got it back in pieces: the original package was gone, and in its place were what appeared to be left-over parts from other dissatisfied and gullible customers. It still didn't take quality pictures,
mostly out of focus and distorted. Now here's the real problem. Amazon return policy states to return it in the original box or package, which the service center did not return.
There is no number to call to complain about this shoddy treatment, so my only recourse is to BOYCOTT AMAZON, after having bill a loyal customer since Amazon's inception. I SURE HELP SOMEONE READS THIS IN CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND CALLS ME, WHILE I CONTINUE TO CONDEMN IN UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICES RENDERED.

WELL, HERE WE GO AGAIN...NOW THIS CHEAP COMMUNIST CHINESE PRODUCT IT NOT FLASH IN ANY SETTING, SO IT BACK TO THAT HORRIBLE RECOMMENDED REPAIR CENTER, UNITED CAMERA AND BINOCULAR REPAIR IN ILLINOIS. I DON'T EXPECT RESULTS, AND MAY AGAIN GET ANOTHER DIRTY REPLACEMENT. DON'T SEND IT THERE, EVEN IF IT IS STILL WARRANTEED...........

I love this camera and what a deal compared to other places.I always know I can count on Amazon for giving me a great product and I have never had to return anything.
