don't waste money
It is worst camera that I have ever seen.
* slow respond
* ISO mode is not working at all
* can't zoom when video mode on.
* Poor focus.
* When playback, it takes a second for each and every pic to focus from initial graininess.
First, I was replaced with new one because I though the ISO mode was defected. But the new one was same issue. I decided no bother it anymore.
there are a lot of choice in the market. don't waste your money on this model.

Is a dscs980/b sony cyper shot a 12 mp or a 10 mp camera?

It is advertised by Amazon as a 12mp camera but when you put it in your cart it come out as a10mp. I can not really rate it as I will not purchase this camera until I really know which it is, a 12mp or a 10mp. I gave a 1 rating because they required me to give a rating. Can anyone give me the answer?

Good price, good camera
I've been using my camera for a few weeks and I'm very pleased with its performance.
The pictures are clean, the colours are vivid, and it's very easy to use.
I have taken pictures in the dark and can see all the details of the items or persons in the shot.
Uploading and sending pictures or videos are a breeze.
Great camera.
