This is the second time I bought this identical camera from Amazon. I like it because it uses regular AA batteries, not the weird-shaped "neverready" rechargeables that require me to carry a special charger around, and find an electrical outlet. If the batteries fail, it's easy to find replacements anywhere in the world. The camera also operates on rechargeable AAs, of course, and I can use them as well. After I bought the first camera, my daughter saw it and liked it so much she asked for one for Christmas, hence the second purchase. It is easy to use and does a nice job of making panoramic photos.

I recently sent this camera to my husband in Iraq. I bought it based on other reviews I read on Amazon. My husband received the camera and was disappointed in it. He said the zoom was "Terrible" and unless your hand is completely still, the pictures turn out blurry.

This camera can do some things well and is deficient in others. The macro feature takes very good photos but pictures taken with the easy shoot mode for distances of about 10 feet are lacking in clarity. Also, the color rendition is often inaccurate. The on-screen options are difficult to understand when the camera is taken off the easy shoot mode.

I had a Sony before and this Nikon far exceeds in reliability. It is easy to handle and travel with.The pictures are much clearer.

I really like this camera. Good price, no issues, easy to use, and the software for the computer is good. I find it difficult to get crisp pictures inside, but they are still good. Outside pictures are great. Good product for the price. I would recommend this camera.
